Cancellation Policy

Please read our policy before booking/buying Bookings All classes must be booked in advance to secure your space Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Age Policy Clients must be 16 years or older to attend classes All clients must read the information provided on the checkout page, and agree to our health waiver policy. This helps us ensure your safety and provide appropriate guidance during sessions It is your responsibility to keep us updated with any changes to your health or medical condition Cancellations As a small independent studio, late cancellations impact us directly We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice, as late cancellations will be charged in full No refunds or credits are given for late cancellations or no-shows. Arrival Time Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts. This allows time to settle in and ensure classes begin on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started for safety reasons Health & Safety Please inform your instructor or GP of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before class begins. Modifications can be provided where needed to ensure safe participation You are responsible for working within your own limits and comfort level Studio Conduct We ask all clients to respect the space, instructors, and fellow participants Mobile phones should be on silent during class. Memberships & Payments Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled Unlimited memberships are subject to a fair use policy of up to 2 classes per day All payments are non-refundable, including unused classes or partial months Class Packs Policy All class pack payments are non-refundable, including unused classes. Our class packs are designed to offer flexibility and value while encouraging consistency in your practice. 5 Class Pack- Valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase. All 5 classes must be used within this time period 10 Class Pack- Valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase All 10 classes must be used within this time period Terms: All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability A 24-hour cancellation policy applies if you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend, the class will be deducted (Hot Sculpt Pilates) Please arrive early to acclimatise to the heated environment Stay hydrated before and after class If at any point you feel unwell, inform your instructor immediately.
