This class is ideal for progressing your technique and pushing your practice further. We take things at a slower, supportive pace, focusing on learning correct form, building confidence, and helping you feel comfortable moving in a warm studio environment. Using beginner-friendly sculpt movements and light equipment, you’ll gradually build strength, improve mobility, and develop core stability without feeling overwhelmed. This class is all about creating a welcoming space where you can learn, grow, and progress at your own pace before moving into Mixed Ability and Intermediate classes when ready.
